Customer and compliance information may be processed for account creation, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, support, security, legal compliance, dispute handling and recordkeeping purposes.
1. Information Categories
RUDRIVA may collect identity information, contact information, PAN or KYC information, Aadhaar-related KYC information where lawfully collected, photographs or selfies, address information, bank or payment information, wallet information, transaction history, order information, support tickets, technical or security information and compliance information.
2. Use of Information
Information may be used for account creation, identity verification, AML or KYC review, transaction processing, fraud prevention, security, customer support, compliance, recordkeeping and dispute handling.
3. Storage and Access
Customer and KYC data is stored within RUDRIVA's controlled technology infrastructure, including its configured backend, database and private storage systems. KYC files are intended to remain private and are not published as permanent public URLs.
4. Data Retention
RUDRIVA retains personal, KYC, transaction and compliance records for the periods required under applicable law and regulatory obligations, and where necessary for legitimate compliance, dispute, security and recordkeeping purposes.
5. Security
RUDRIVA implements reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information. No method of storage or transmission should be understood as absolutely secure.
